Behavioral Health benefits including reimbursement, co-payments, and deductibles depend on your specific plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance plan.
Please call your insurance plan before scheduling a teletherapy session to find out what is included in your coverage and whether you need prior authorization.
Anything not covered by your insurance plan, within the contracted rate between Eight Limbs Therapy and your insurance, is your responsibility to pay.

If you have a different insurance plan than the above options, my services may still be covered as an out-of-network provider.
You would pay the full fee at the time of service, and then submit for a reimbursement percentage depending on your insurance policy. I can provide you with a monthly superbill upon request.
