If you hope to use your health insurance for payment, before scheduling, please research your behavioral health insurance coverage including any out-of-pocket expenses you may be responsible for (co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, prior authorizations).
Unless we make other specific arrangements, payment is due at the end of each session. Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, Debit Card and Health Savings Cards (HSA, HRA, FSA) are accepted forms of payment.

Individual Psychotherapy/EMDR sessions (50 min) $150
Extended EMDR Sessions (1.5 hour) $225 (3 hour) $450 (intensives are self-pay only and not billable through insurance)
CANCELLATION policy
It is understandable that on occasion you will need to cancel or reschedule a session. If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I require that you provide me with at least 24 hours advance notice in order to avoid being charged for the session. If I receive notice less than 24 hours in advance, or you miss a session with no advance notice, you will be charged the full self-pay amount of $150.
No-show and late cancellation fees are not billable to insurance.
